Qi Gong

Vital Energy, Harmony, Presence

Qi Gong is a long-standing Chinese discipline, developed as a system for cultivating vital energy (Qi) through gentle movement, conscious breathing and inner concentration.
It is a practice that promotes psychophysical balance, strengthens the body and calms the mind, making a path of well-being and awareness accessible to everyone.

Qi Gong practice includes:

  • dynamic and static exercises to stimulate the circulation of energy,
  • natural, deep breathing techniques,
  • flowing movements that develop rooting, balance and coordination,
  • exercises to strengthen the internal organs and the immune system,
  • meditative practices that unite body and mind in a single experience.

Today Qi Gong is practised all over the world as a path to health and longevity, accessible to people of all ages.

The Masters and the Method

Carolina Inda (Sagara) began studying Qi Gong at the Tuhe Association, under the guidance of Master Jia Jingquan, from whom she learned the Qi Gong classics and the fundamentals of the discipline.

Over the years, her training has been enriched by constant practice and by the integration of other body-based and meditative approaches, allowing her to offer a Qi Gong that is rooted in tradition yet contemporary and attuned to the needs of people today.

At Chu Xin School, led by Carolina, we offer Qi Gong courses:

  • open to everyone, regardless of age or experience,
  • aimed at improving health, energy and vitality,
  • with regular weekly classes and in-depth study cycles,
  • integrated with moments of meditation and awareness,
  • with the opportunity to take part in intensive and residential seminars.

In its simplicity and depth, Qi Gong thus becomes a path of personal transformation that helps you live with greater balance, centeredness and harmony.
