MEDITATION
A path of awareness and inner transformation

Meditation is one of the fundamental pillars of the Chu Xin School in Naples. It is the space where body, breath, mind and spirit come together in a silent yet powerful practice, able to restore balance, clarity and vitality to everyday life.
In our school, meditation is not separate from movement: it is the common thread that runs through every practice, whether a Qi Gong exercise or a Taiji Quan form. This integrated approach draws on the roots of Eastern tradition, in which work on the body is always also work on the soul.

The Meditative Practices We Offer
Moving Meditations
Inspired by the Taoist tradition and Eastern energy practices, these guided meditations accompany practitioners in the flow of movement. They help recognise and release inner blockages, restoring a deep sense of centeredness and harmony with oneself.
Seated and Still Meditations
We offer various forms of seated meditation, from Zen-inspired practices to breath observation, visualisation and inner listening. The aim is to cultivate mindfulness, develop calm and discernment, and access an inner space of silence.
Chakra Meditations and Energy Practices
These paths combine meditation with awareness of the body’s energy centres, harmonising them through breath, sound and visualisation. They are particularly suited to those who wish to work on psychophysical balance and strengthen their vital energy.
Mantras and Osho Active Meditations
Osho’s active meditations combine movement, sound, breath and mantra chanting, helping to release repressed emotions, stimulate creativity and reach a state of deep relaxation and presence. They are dynamic paths designed for those who want to transform energy and tension into awareness and well-being.

Our Approach
In keeping with the philosophy of the Chu Xin School, every meditative path is rooted in tradition and at the same time alive and accessible, in dialogue with the needs of the present. We do not teach isolated “techniques”; instead, we accompany students through a deep, gradual process of transformation, based on:
- continuity of practice, including weekly courses and intensive retreats
- attention to the quality of teaching, with trained teachers who keep their skills constantly up to date
- integration with body-based and holistic disciplines
- care for relationships: authentic connections and a family atmosphere

Who It Is For
Meditation is open to everyone: no particular requirements are needed, other than a willingness to listen to yourself. It is especially suited to:
- those who feel the need to slow down and reconnect with themselves
- those going through a time of change or inner searching
- those who already practise body-based disciplines (yoga, tai chi, qi gong) and want to explore the inner dimension more deeply
- those who want to reduce stress, improve their psychophysical health and develop a clearer, more loving outlook on life
If you would like to begin a meditation journey, or simply explore this dimension, you are welcome. We will receive you with respect and care, whatever your starting point.
